Provincial Flour Bombing Event

Bombs away for Fly Kingston’s Flour Bombing Competition! With a chance to win $10,000.00!!

This is seriously….the most fun a gang of friends can have in an airplane!!

Every year, Fly Kingston Airways hosts its Provincial Flour Bombing Event in September. Participating aircrews will skillfully drop a flour bomb from their aircraft onto a large target positioned at the Kingston Airport. Prizes are awarded to the flight crew who gets closest to the pickle barrel. The first aircrew who drops their flour bomb directly into the barrel, which is a feat of unbelievable skill, will automatically win a $10,000.00 dollar grand prize.

The participation costs are either $35 or $70 depending on the category selected (See details below), and you can procure additional bombs for $10 apiece. Payment can be made in advance by calling Fly Kingston at (613)544-2FLY(2359) or on-site the day of the competitions.

Each aircraft in the flour-bombing competition must have a pilot and a designated bombardier. The contests will run from 8:30am until mid-afternoon. Winners will be announced and prizes will be presented at Fly Kingston’s BBQ being held the same day.

For more information about renting an aircraft for the competitions, please call us at (613)544-2FLY(2359).
